Most expensive repairs start as small exterior problems nobody saw — a failed bead of caulking, a lifting shingle, eavestroughs starting to pull away. The plan puts us at your home twice a year to find them early — and when you do need work done, members are looked after first.
- Spring exterior check — roof, siding, caulking and sealing, decks and fences, eavestroughs, and grading and drainage at the foundation, gone over after the thaw. You get written notes of anything we find.
- Fall pre-winter check — the same exterior pass before freeze-up, so worn sealant, loose siding, and drainage problems get caught before winter makes them worse. Written notes again, every time.
- Priority booking — when you need a project or a repair done, members go to the front of the booking line.
- 10% off labour — on repair and small-project work while your membership is active. Materials at our regular pricing, and your price is always confirmed in your free estimate first.

The Plain Details
The checks. Two exterior checks per membership year — one in spring, one in the fall before winter. Each covers the roof, siding, caulking and sealing, decks and fences, eavestroughs, and grading and drainage at the foundation. After each check you get written notes of anything we found, with no obligation to book the work.
Member discount. 10% off labour on repair and small-project work while your membership is active. The discount applies to labour only — materials are billed at regular pricing, and your price is always confirmed in your free estimate before work starts.
Priority booking. Members are scheduled ahead of non-member work, for both projects and repairs.
Billing and cancelling. $24.99 per month plus HST, or $249 per year plus HST prepaid. Cancel anytime with a call or a text — no cancellation fee, and no refund games: a prepaid year cancelled early is refunded for the unused full months.
One home. Each plan covers one home address. Own a second property? It needs its own plan — and the same $24.99 covers it.
