This is a walkthrough opinion based on what is visible, not a licensed home inspection or an engineering report. Any work is priced separately in a free written estimate.

Right after payment, our calendar opens and you choose the appointment time that suits you. Your confirmation email has the same link, in case you want to book later.
Get the findings in writing
We attend the property, do the inspection you booked, and give you the findings in plain language. Follow-up work, if any, is priced separately in a free written estimate.
